We would like to notify you that, subject to the following terms and limitations, you may exchange your purchases, return them, or get a refund for the full amount you paid when you first made them.

• Purchases can be exchanged, returned, or reimbursed within 14 days of purchase.
• Purchases must be in their original condition and not have been used in any way. • You must have the original receipt for exchanging, returning, or refunding anything.
• For return and exchange, customer should bare for the expenses of delivering the product.
• Cash purchases will be repaid in cash, while bank card (credit / KNET) purchases will be returned by the same card within 7 working days of the original receipt's return date.
